jphlegarStudio was established in 2006. Judy Phlegar, owner of the studio, is an interior designer by profession and has owned and operated firms in both Georgia and Alabama.  She is an accomplished artist, jewelry designer, photographer and writer. jphlegarStudio is located on Lake Oconee near Greensboro, Ga.  The studio is open for viewing or consultation by appointment only.  Judy does both children and animal photography sittings by commission as well as custom designed jewelry and fine art in oil, watercolor, or pastel.

Georgia Sunshine, A Collection of Photography, Short Stories, and Poems is Judy's first published book.  Judy has also illustrated a children’s book, I will Stay With You, written by George Heiring of Eatonton, Ga.
